Hello, I am Suzanne Arnold and I’ve been in the beauty industry for over thirty years opening my first salon in Hove in 1991.

I’m now based in a clinic in Crowborough, East Sussex – easily accessible from Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas and with the benefit of free parking right onsite.

Whilst I’m trained in all areas of beauty therapy and attend regular training courses and seminars to remain current, my primary interest is facial treatments – particularly anti-ageing and skin problems.  I use carefully selected equipment and products that have been formulated and tested to stringent pharmaceutical standards (as opposed to simple beauty trials) and will only offer treatments that have proven and impressive results

Each client is treated as an individual and after an in-depth consultation, a detailed and bespoke treatment plan is tailored to meet their specific requirements.  I will explain in more detail about the journey we will be taking to achieve the required results – in most instances the process is one that might take a certain amount of time, but it will be necessary to achieve the outcome my years of experience and training awards.

Most of my treatments are suitable for both male and female skin and whilst I am driven by the end result – I like to ensure that all my clients have as relaxing and enjoyable experience as possible.

I  currently work from a beautiful ground floor treatment room within Vitality Health and Well-being clinic in Crowborough.

All facial/massage treatments have a complimentary extra 15 minutes added on to your booking.  You can change/get ready without your treatment time being impacted.

Treatments are performed in complete privacy, including a unique entry and exit system preventing you bumping into people.  You can slip in and out with free onsite customer parking right outside.  Perfect for more invasive treatments such as skin needling and peels.

Disabled visitors are welcomed and catered for.
