I have a 24 hour cancellation policy,
Cancellations made within this period or ‘no shows’ cost precious time and money and will therefore result in a 50% charge.

I totally understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly or are out of your control, and i try to accommodate for that.
However, when clients only give me a few hours notice or don’t show up at all, it’s very difficult for me to fill that appointment. And this has such a big impact on small businesses!
