Number Three Hair was established in 2008 by Francesca Randese and Kelly Evans. With more than 30 years experience between them, they both felt Bath was lacking an independent salon that reflected the City’s beauty and uniqueness. Since its launch, Number Three has expanded considerably and gone from strength to strength.
