I qualified as a Nurse gaining a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing in 2006 where I worked on an acute Medical ward for 18 months. I sustained a back injury at work during a manual handling procedure with a patient for which I was referred to physiotherapy. The injury took a while to get over and a fellow colleague was training to be a Reflexologist at the time and offered me a treatment. I found this extremely beneficial on both easing my back pain but also for relaxation. It was from that moment on that I thought one day I hope to train as a Reflexologist.

I completed my training in 2014 with Jackie Hamilton School of Therapy, gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. I also attended workshops including Hot stone Reflexology and Advanced Techniques including Hormone rebalance, lymphatic drainage and maternity reflexology.

In 2017 I continued my studies further at Regents Park University in London and gained qualifications in Facial Reflexology (Bergman Method), Advanced Facail Reflexology and Zone Face Lift.

I am a member with the Association of Reflexologists and fully insured with Holistic Services Insurance.
